Although photo assignments have taken me from the Canadian Arctic to the jungles of Borneo, telling stories of the prairies has become my specialty. I find that life on the Canadian prairies is a rich, interwoven tapestry formed by a complex relationship between the land, its resources, its history and its people. These are natural subjects for me. I own, operate and live on a 1200 acre grain farm near Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan, Canada that has been in my family for four generations. This first hand experience gives me the knowledge and background needed to take an insightful, topical approach to rural issues.

My editorial credits include: Time, Macleans, Harrowsmith, Canadian Geographic, Canadian Business, Equinox, Farming, Farm Strategy, REUTER, and Top Crop Manager. My corporate clients include: Agricore, BASF, Bayer AG, Caterpillar, Dow Elanco, Flexicoil, Imperial Oil, Monsanto, Proven Seed and the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.
